China Waiting Child: “Aiden” Needs a Family

Aiden is an outgoing, happy 6-year-old boy who is healthy and loves to sing. He recently performed in a musical performance with other friends at his orphanage and his file contains video footage of part of his performance. He enjoys playing with games or toys with other children, especially when he gets a chance to play with blocks and the toy organ.  He enjoys food and is not a picky eater. His favorite foods are seafood and eggs.

He is active and can always be found with a smile on his face. While he has not been diagnosed with any specific medical needs, his file notes developmental and speech delays. He communicates with his peers and when taught how to pronounce something repeatedly, he does well. He can speak sentences of 5-10 words. His file contains quite a few photos and several videos.

Please take a few minutes to consider how God would have you be a part of helping this precious child, whether that is through praying, advocating, or inquiring to learn more.
