China, Ethiopia, & Eastern Europe Waiting Children

Over the years we have seen more and more families considering the adoption a child with special needs through our China or Ethiopia Waiting Child program, and we recently have added a Eastern Europe Waiting Child program.  Some have minor correctable needs while others may be more extensive.  Some families have made the decision to adopt a child (or children) that are HIV positive.
