In the last 24 hours, over 1,500 people have signed the petition supporting CHIFF. Let's keep that momentum going! America World is joining other adoption agencies and orphan advocate organizations in showing our support for this bill, which would create an office under our State Department that would support international goverments in their child welfare systems.
