I never thought I would be writing a blog about Kung Fu Panda 2.  I took a couple of my kids to see this movie earlier in the week and I was surprised to see that it had a really positive message about adoption.  If your kids are the right age – you may want to consider taking them to see this movie – it’s always nice when our children’s cultural influences reinforce the messages that we give them at home.  You just may, like me, wind up enjoying a kids’ movie much more than you expect.

We’re excited for those families who recently returned home from China; we’re continuing to pray for you and your transition period.  Welcome home and congratulations on your adoption!

We have a new international program to offer families.  Our India Program is a pilot program and we just added information to our website about this program earlier in the week.  If you have questions about adopting from India, please email india@awaa.org.

It’s not too late to sign up for our Disney Cruise in February 2012 or our National Reunion in July 2011 here in Bull Run Park, Virginia.  Call our office if you have questions about either of these events.
