CEO Note
Last week was a very full week at the office. Our staff liaison in China, Jenny, was in the office and it was great seeing her. She has been with our agency for many years now and we are grateful for all her hard work. Jenny was in town for the CCAA delegation. Our agency was honored to briefly host Director Zhang and other officials on this trip. They toured our office and received books we had made for them showing them about the post-adoption experience many of our families from China have had. We are grateful to those families who were able to join us in meeting the delegation and for the families who sent in pictures/stories for the delegation to receive.
We also launched our new website last week. We have kept much of the same content, but wanted to add new features for our families to better serve our families. We will be adding even more content in the coming weeks and months, including more photos and some video content. We hope that our site can be a great resource for our adoptive families. We want the site to serve you well, so if you have any suggestions for improving our site – let us know!
In developing a hosting program, we have had a really great response from some families that are interested in finding a way to work with us. If you think your family might want to participate in some fashion, please send an email to Mary Noble and she can give you information on the many different ways you can be involved.
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on the wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faintâ€.
