AWAA at Christian Alliance Conference in Pennsylvania

America World program and associate staff will be at the Mid-Atlantic Christian Alliance for Orphans Summit in Pennsylvania on November 5th-6th. The America World information booth will be set up starting Friday evening through mid-afternoon Saturday. A meet and greet opportunity for any current, previous or prospective AWAA families or those interested in learning more about AWAA will be from 10-10:45 on Saturday morning. Families will be able to meet with Jenny Mehosky; AWAA Associate and previous China Program client, Les Gallagher; Director of Finance and his wife Connie who are adoptive parents of children from Russia and China, Melissa Blauvelt; Asia Program Director and Aimee Meier; Asia Family Coordinator.

The event includes educational and informative seminars relating to adoption, foster are and orphan advocacy in addition to time for worship and networking with families, church and community volunteers and adoption professionals.
