Archer needs a forever family! We continue to advocate and pray for his family to see him.
You may remember kind, smart, engaging Archer, whose story we recently shared here.
We received an update on Archer’s progress just this week! Though Archer started special education classes in the orphanage, he was moved to a regular education school outside the orphanage for Kindergarten due to his advanced academic abilities. His teachers note him to be a diligent student with excellent learning capabilities, particularly in the areas of Mathematics and English. Archer studies hard and also gets along well with others and is well-liked by all of his teachers and peers.

Archer’s homework
At the orphanage, Archer takes on a lot of responsibility, not only taking care of himself and accomplishing chores he is asked to do, but also going above and beyond in helping the nannies and other children. He is often seen putting on younger children’s shoes for them or helping the nannies with laundry. Through everything he does, Archer maintains a cheerful disposition and kind heart. When the orphanage recently performed at a National Day celebration, Archer hosted the entire event and was also the lead singer!
Our Loving Ambassador team recently visited Archer, and they were so touched by his kind and gentle spirit as well as his bright and engaging personality. Archer is doing very well academically and is noted to be well above average in comparison to his peers.
One team member recently shared: “I experienced Archer to be incredibly joyful. On the 2nd day, he ran in and came straight to me and asked (in Mandarin of course), “Did you miss me?” He’s such a great kid.”
We also received a new video of Archer performing with his friend, who was recently matched with a forever family. Please take a moment to get to know Archer and consider whether he may be meant for your family!
Please take a few minutes to consider how God would have you be a part of helping this precious child, whether that is through praying, advocating, or inquiring to learn more.
