Waiting Child: “Annabelle” Needs a Family

Meet Annabelle! She is an absolutely adorable 3½-year-old girl who has Down syndrome. She also has a heart condition known as VSD and mild pulmonary hypertension. Annabelle has fair skin and brown hair.

She is described as being gentle towards her caregivers and friends. She is happy when she is with those who are familiar to her. Annabelle has a positive level of energy and is described as active. She has a serious side to her but is generally happy and content. It is noted specifically in her paperwork that she is a happy child.
