America World Families in China!

These steps are a milestone for families adopting from China. These families recently celebrated their China Gotcha Day and will be returning home soon with their beautiful children. Congratulations to everyone! Enjoy your last few days in China@!

Every program/country differs, but our China families typically spend 2 weeks in China to complete their adoption process. This includes lots of sightseeing in between required appointments. Our families become lifelong friends by sharing this amazing China adoption experience together. Most of our families comment that their trip seemed much like a vacation since America World guides are with them and are responsible for getting them to their appointments and leading sightseeing trips.

America World has had a long-standing great reputation with the China Center for Children’s Welfare & Adoption (CCCWA) and authorities there. America World’s in-country staff, who also travel with our families during their adoption in China, work directly with the CCCWA and orphanage directors to assist in finding families for the children who wait.
