Adoption books for children are a great way to introduce your child to adoption through stories that are targeted to their age group. America World has started a list of adoption books for children that have been favorites of some of our families. Each book has a thumbnail image of the cover and a brief description.

We invite you to share YOUR favorite adoption books with us for consideration on these pages. We are looking for your favorite children’s books AND those books that you have found helpful as adoptive parents. Just click on the link below, tell us your favorite adoption books, and we’ll add your suggestions to our list for the new adoption parent books or add them to the adoption books for children!

America World wants to provide families with helpful resources for those considering adoption, those adopting, families who are in the post-adoption stage, and those who want to actively be a part of caring for orphans and vulnerable children around the world.
