8 year old Wyatt is waiting for his forever family
Wyatt is friendly, outgoing, intelligent 8-year old young man who is well-loved by all who meet him! His caretakers describe him as being kind-hearted with a contagious smile and easygoing manner. He enjoys meeting new people and gets along well with children of all ages, showing a sweet willingness to help those younger than him. He loves to play games with other children, and his favorite toys are Transformers. His teachers describe him as very bright, hard-working, and humble, always helping others and sharing kindly. They all love him and call him their “cute and clever boy!” Wyatt has been diagnosed with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, but his file gives detailed notes of his development and milestones, and he appears to be not only on track with his peers but exceptionally intelligent and well-adjusted! He has had excellent self-care skills from the time he was very young, as well as expressive abilities, enjoying talking with both children and adults, and communicating his thoughts well. His teachers note that he has strong cognitive and logical thinking abilities and is a very engaged, inquisitive student. As a preschooler, he asked questions like, “Is Earth a sphere, Aunt?” Wyatt is hard-working and cooperative, always doing his homework diligently and of his own initiative.
A Loving Ambassador team got to spend some time with Wyatt recently in September 2019 and described him as joyful, engaging, friendly, and outgoing. The team loved how Wyatt always had a smile on his face and was always ready to joke, laugh, or give a high five. He’s fun to be around and makes friends easily! They also observed that he communicates effectively, runs and dances with ease, writes his Chinese characters beautifully, and interacts well with children of all ages. The doctor who examined Wyatt noted that he’s a wonderful child who’s playful and active, with no apparent health issues to report. He would be such a joy and blessing to any family!
