15 Year Old Boy from Latvia Needs a Family
This blog is being written because our agency recently learned of a 15 year old boy in Latvia whose adoptive family backed out of his adoption at the last minute. Now, with only a few weeks before his 16th birthday (and he is ineligible for adoption) a search is being conducted for a family interested in adopting him. The family must already have I-800A approval with USCIS and be willing/able to update their Home Study in the next week.
