10-Year Old Paul Wants a Family of His Own

Paul is almost 11-years old. The photos here are a few years old, but Paul's foster family in China can provide updated photos to a family interested in adopting him. Paul has stated that he very much wants to be adopted.

His foster family states that he is dedicated to being independent and helps around their house, and is very affectionate. Paul is attending a school for the blind where he enjoys his education.
